Step-by-step process
- Review HVAC documents - We check mechanical drawings, equipment datasheets, duct layouts, method statements and commissioning plans.
- Inspect equipment installation - We verify location, orientation, access clearance, vibration isolation, supports and nameplate data.
- Inspect ductwork and piping - We check alignment, sealing, insulation, supports, flexible connections and cleanliness.
- Inspect controls and sensors - We verify thermostat, sensors, actuators, control panels and BMS interface where applicable.
- Witness pressure and leakage tests - We support duct leakage testing, pipe pressure testing and flushing activities where required.
- Witness testing and balancing - We review airflow, water flow, temperature readings and commissioning records.
- Issue mechanical inspection report - We provide defects, punch-list items and recommendations for commissioning readiness.
